Important Information and Dates:
Percentage is 75% to you for sales over $200,
Percentage is 75% to you for sales over $200,
70% for sales under $200.
Helpers receive 80% regardless of sales.
A $6.00 sellers fee will be deducted from your total
Drop Off Times:
Friday - March 16 - 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM
Saturday - March 17 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
You must make an appointment to drop off Friday.
Just email us the time you will be dropping off on Friday and we will verify if that is okay.
For Saturday drop off, please follow these drop off times
according to your seller number if possible:
Seller #1 - 200
Drop off between 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Seller #200 - 500
Drop off between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Seller #500 - 800
Drop off between 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
PLEASE DO NOT COME LATER THAN 4:00 TO BE CHECKED IN!
- Preview Shopping for Helpers Only:
Sunday - March 18 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
(or as late as 8:00 pm if you are not helping that night)
- Preview Shopping for Sellers (plus one friend):
Sunday - March 18 - 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
(Your friend will shop starting at 5:15)
- Half-Price Preview Shopping for Helpers:
Thursday - March 22 - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (must have ticket)
- Half-Price Preview Shopping for Sellers:
Friday - March 23 - 10:00 pm - 4:00 pm (must have ticket)
- Pick Up Money and Items:
Sunday March 25 - 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
* ALL UNCLAIMED ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SUNDAY BY 3:00 PM WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. THE CHARITY TRUCK ARRIVES AT 3:00 FOR PICKUP AND WE ARE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY AFTER SO WE CAN MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. *
CHECKS NOT PICKED UP ON SUNDAY WILL BE MAILED TO YOU WITHIN TWO WEEKS. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE IF POSSIBLE THAT YOU WANT YOUR CHECK SENT. PLEASE CASH YOUR CHECKS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF RECEIVING THEM FROM THE KIDS STUFF SALE. THANK YOU!
