we normally sell except no clothes and no coats.

1. YOU WILL KEEP THE SAME SELLER NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS HAD IN THE PAST.  If you forget your number, email us and we will look it up for you!


2. IF YOU HAVE NEVER SOLD BEFORE AND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A NUMBER TO BE A SELLER, YOU CAN E-MAIL US ANYTIME YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AND WE WILL SEND YOU A SELLER NUMBER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 


3.  If you would like to no longer sell with us, please email us so we can release your seller number to someone else interested in selling.  NOTE: If you cannot access this e-mail through Outlook Express, you will need to type it into your own e-mail server or copy and paste it there.

WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY. THE CHARITY TRUCK ARRIVES 
AFTER THAT FOR PICKUP AND WE ARE REQUIRED TO BE OUT OF THE 
BUILDING IMMEDIATELY AFTER SO WE CAN MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS 
TO THIS POLICY. *

CHECKS NOT PICKED UP ON SUNDAY WILL BE MAILED TO YOU 
WITHIN TWO WEEKS. PLEASE CASH YOUR CHECKS WITHIN TWO WEEKS  

OF RECEIVING THEM FROM THE KIDS STUFF SALE. THANK YOU!

Selling Information

Sellers and Helpers
Important Information and Dates:
 ALL SELLER RECEIVE 75% OF THEIR SALES.
Helpers receive 80% regardless of sales.

 A $6.00 sellers fee will be deducted if you are not a helper.
NO SELLER FEE will be deducted if you are a two shift helper.

We will not be selling any 
hanging clothing or coats at this sale!
We will accept toys, books, videos, strollers, high chairs, walkers, bedding,
 infant and baby items, manipulative's, shoes, boots and anything for 
an infant, child or teen except for clothing or coats.

The only car seats that we will accept are the ones that are attached to strollers Please check the expiration date on car and infant seats that 
are attached to strollers; we will not take expired car seats under any circumstance. 
BAGGIES OF TOYS, INFANT ITEMS SUCH AS SOCKS, ONSIES, BIBS AND BOOKS WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT WHAT IS NOT SOLD WILL NOT BE SORTED AND WILL BE GIVEN TO CHARITY AT THE END OF THE SALE. YOU ARE FREE TO SORT THROUGH THESE SMALL BAGGIES TO CLAIM YOUR OWN PERSONAL ITEMS WHEN YOU PICK UP.  

WE DO NOT ACCEPT STUFFED ANIMALS OR BEANIE BABIES.
WE WILL ACCEPT SHOES IN PERFECT / LIKE NEW CONDITION ONLY. 
ALL SHOES NOT SOLD AT THE END OF THE SALE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DONATED TO CHARITY. HOWEVER, YOU ARE FREE TO SORT THROUGH 
THE SHOES TO CLAIM THE ONES YOU BROUGHT WHEN YOU PICK UP.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE REMEMBER TO PICK UP YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS 
ON SUNDAY FROM 1:00 - 3:00. THE CHARITY WILL BE THERE AFTER THAT TO PICK UP AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OUT OF ORDER FROM THAT POINT ON SO IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO COLLECT ALL OF YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS BEFORE THEN. 




Tagging Instructions

TAGGING: PLEASE TAG ITEMS PROPERLY 
ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

THIS SALE WE WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY HANGING CLOTHING OR COATS!

Please review the photographs below to make sure your items are tagged properly!

Use ½ of an index card. DO NOT USE COPIER PAPER, STICKY NOTES, MASKING TAPE, ETC. TO MAKE YOUR TAGS.  IT MUST BE NOTECARDS / CARDSTOCK PAPER. 


Tag all toys, etc. with ½ of a standard index card. Attach tag with tape or put in baggies with tag inside. Whole cards may be used on larger equipment. Toys must work properly; all games taped shut, wood puzzles securely wrapped. For wooden puzzles, please cover with plastic wrap first then tape them so the puzzle pieces do not fall out and so the puzzles are not ruined by the sticky tape directly on the puzzle.

Please use only one color of ink on your tags; no mark outs or changes. Please DO NOT bring toys, games or electronics that DO NOT WORK! It is unfair to the purchaser who trusts that everything is in working order. Do not bring DVD Videos and Video game CD's that are scratched and not in working order.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen video games and video DVD's. 

PLEASE PRICE ITEMS IN 50 CENT INCREMENTS AND DO NOT USE THE DOLLAR SIGN ON YOUR TAGS AS IT OFTEN CAUSES CONFUSION WHEN DETERMINING THE PRICE. PLEASE DO NOT USE DOLLAR SIGNS!

Your tag should look like this:

1. Upper Left Hand Corner - Place a star or asterisk if you DO want the item sold for half price on Saturday.  PLEASE CLIP THE CORNER IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM SOLD FOR HALF PRICE.



2. Upper right hand corner - Your seller number (this seller is # 413)


3. Middle of tag - Size and description - BE AS DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE IN CASE THE TAG FALLS OFF.  WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MATCH IT BACK UP TO AN ITEM.


4. Lower Right Hand Corner - Price (only use 50 cent increments and PLEASE DO NOT USE DOLLAR SIGNS!!!)











IF YOU DO NOT CLIP THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER TO DESIGNATE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM TO SELL FOR HALF PRICE, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE (SADLY) MARKING YOUR TAG WITH A STAR.

from  2:00 am to 7:00 pm

WORK ONE FULL SHIFT
Here are the benefits of working one shift:
