1. YOU WILL KEEP THE SAME SELLER NUMBER THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS HAD IN THE PAST.  If you forget your number, email us and we will look it up for you!


2. IF YOU HAVE NEVER SOLD BEFORE AND WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A NUMBER TO BE A SELLER, YOU CAN E-MAIL US ANYTIME YOUR NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AND WE WILL SEND YOU A SELLER NUMBER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 


3.  If you would like to no longer sell with us, please email us so we can release your seller number to someone else interested in selling.  NOTE: If you cannot access this e-mail through Outlook Express, you will need to type it into your own e-mail server or copy and paste it there.

SELLERS FEE IS $10.00 WITH THESE EXCEPTIONS:


THREE SHIFT HELPERS do not pay a sellers fee.

TAGGING: PLEASE TAG ITEMS PROPERLY 
ACCORDING TO INSTRUCTIONS!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

THIS SALE:
WE WILL TAKE INFANT AND CHILDREN'S CLOTHING
SIZE 0 (BABY) TO CHILDREN'S 14/16/18

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING FALL AND WINTER CLOTHING ONLY!
NO SUNDRESSES, TANK TOPS, SHORTS, HALTERS, SWIM SUITS
OR OBVIOUS SUMMER CLOTHING

CONCERNING JUNIORS:
DUE TO LIMITED RACK SPACE,
WE WILL ONLY BE TAKING JUNIOR
LONG SLEEVE SHIRTS, TOPS AND SWEATERS
NO JUNIOR PANTS OR JEANS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

WE ACCEPT:

LARGE BABY ITEMS SUCH AS:
strollers, highchairs, bouncers, walkers,
pack n plays, baby swings, bassinets, ETC.
BUT ALL MUST BE IN CLEAN, WORKING CONDITION!

You must bring a minimum of 25 hanging items to be a seller.
The maximum is approximately 500 hanging items due to rack space.
Contact us if you have more; we can often make an exception.


As in the past, we will be extremely careful at check-in to only accept 
clothing that is in great condition or that we feel will most likely sell. 

 ****We would like to ask you to please keep your prices fair, pricing items between garage sale and consignment sale prices.  Sellers who price fair and reasonable always do well!  ***

Our policy is that all items must be in excellent condition with no stains, no holes, no broken zippers, etc. Please do not bring items with formula stains, excessively worn or faded clothing or clothing that smells smoky or musty. Please make sure to iron heavily wrinkled clothing. 
Please know we do our best to catch discrepancies at check in!

The only car seats that we will accept are the ones that are attached to strollers as a set.
We will not take expired car seats under any circumstance. 

WE ACCEPT SHOES IN GREAT / LIKE NEW CONDITION ONLY. 
Please do not bring overly dirty, torn or trashed shoes, especially tennis shoes.
ALL SHOES NOT SOLD AT THE END OF THE SALE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DONATED TO CHARITY. HOWEVER, YOU ARE FREE TO SORT THROUGH 
THE SHOES TO CLAIM THE ONES YOU BROUGHT WHEN YOU PICK UP.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT STUFFED ANIMALS!!!

All baggie items (such as toys, onsies, socks, etc.) are accepted. 
HOWEVER:
ALL BAGGIE ITEMS NOT SOLD AT THE END OF THE SALE 

WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DONATED TO CHARITY. 
YOU ARE FREE TO SORT THROUGH THE BAGGIES 
TO CLAIM THE ONES YOU BROUGHT WHEN YOU PICK UP.

Please review the photographs below to make sure your items are tagged properly!

Use ½ of an index card. DO NOT USE COPIER PAPER, STICKY NOTES, MASKING TAPE, ETC. TO MAKE YOUR TAGS.  IT MUST BE NOTECARDS / CARDSTOCK PAPER. 

Clothing:  All clothing items must be hung on hangers.  When you are facing the clothing item, the hanger hook must go to the LEFT. All pants and shorts must be attached to the top of hanger with SAFETY PINS.  All TAGS on clothing must be attached using STRAIGHT PINS.  PLEASE SEE THE PICTURE BELOW FOR EXAMPLE.


Tag all items with ½ of a standard index card.

Please use only one color of ink on your tags; no mark outs or changes.

PLEASE PRICE ITEMS IN 50 CENT INCREMENTS AND DO NOT USE THE DOLLAR SIGN ON YOUR TAGS AS IT OFTEN CAUSES CONFUSION WHEN DETERMINING THE PRICE. PLEASE DO NOT USE DOLLAR SIGNS!

Your tag should look like this:

1. Upper Left Hand Corner - Place a star or asterisk if you DO want the item sold for half price on Saturday.  PLEASE CLIP THE CORNER IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM SOLD FOR HALF PRICE.



2. Upper right hand corner - Your seller number (this seller is # 413)


3. Middle of tag - Size and description - BE AS DESCRIPTIVE AS POSSIBLE IN CASE THE TAG FALLS OFF.  WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MATCH IT BACK UP TO AN ITEM.


4. Lower Right Hand Corner - Price (only use 50 cent increments and PLEASE DO NOT USE DOLLAR SIGNS!!!)

5.  Please notice that the pants are attached to the TOP of the hanger with a SAFETY PIN.   The tag is attached with a straight pin.  Also the hanger hook is facing the LEFT.  This is how your clothing should be hung.


IF YOU DO NOT CLIP THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER TO DESIGNATE THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE ITEM TO SELL FOR HALF PRICE, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE (SADLY) MARKING YOUR TAG WITH A STAR.

Receive 80% of your sales 
no matter what your total sales are.
Pay NO Seller's Fee.
Shop Half Price ALL DAY THURSDAY 
July 25
from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
before the sellers and public.

WORK ONE FULL SHIFT
Here are the benefits of working one shift:
Shop Sunday July 21  at the preview sale 
before the sellers from 3:00 - 4:00 pm.
Only pay a $6.00 Seller Fee
You will receive no other helper benefits.

Tear-Down Shift:
SUNDAY - JULY 28
1:00 – 5:30 pm (full shift).

These two shifts require lifting and carrying racks and are more physically
demanding than the other shifts. Contact us via email with any questions
